The following procedures are in place to ensure customers have a safe, enjoyable experience at Borderland Indoor Golf.
- Players responsible for the equipment inside the simulators. No swinging clubs outside of the simulators area/off the golf mats for safety reasons.
- Only one person should be present in the hitting area at a time. Everyone MUST keep a safe distance and keep watch of the person golfing.
- Beware and pay attention: Swinging golf clubs near people, and balls exiting the bay at high speeds, can be extremely dangerous.
- Before you swing any club, check your surroundings to ensure no one or obstacle is within your range of swing.
- Be aware of your backswing and follow-through at all times.
- Your shot must be directed towards the hitting screen.
- Customers are financially responsible for any damage caused by failure to follow the policies of the waiver that must be signed prior to use.
- Customers must follow reservation times. If another group is present for their reservation, you must transition the simulator to their use at the reservation time.
- Only Clean shoes and clubs are allowed on the playing mat.
- Metal Cleats are prohibited at all times
- Report all accidents to us. in case of emergency, call 911 immediately.
- Borderland Indoor Golf is not responsible for members' and guests' personal property while on the premises, including damage to personal property and or theft.
- Please abide by the guidelines above to ensure your safety. Borderland Indoor Golf is not responsible for your safety during a reservation. Furthermore, Borderland Indoor Golf is not liable for any actions taken by members or guests while on the premises.
